it is exactly one month since i started the twist and shape... now for the results... well i lost 2-3 kg...so little right i guess i ate more than i should soo..but although i lost only a few kg but all my jeans, pants are super loose...ya no kidding...my hipsters(jeans) are now buttsters hahaha....that is gd...i like the results...so i told myself u can't be eating like a pig and say that u excercise...and expectt to loose like 10 kg... that's why they always say diet and excercise must go hand in hand...soo..after one month of excercising...i have started the Oprah Winfrey boot camp diet..
