yeah, next week is my block leave, i ahave no plans yet, i would proberly be working i think depends on the gym schedule which is not out yet, last weekend was the only weekend after along time i stayed home on saturday and half of sun, it felt so good watching tv lazying around but ate alot too which means extra pounds of fat in me and extra exercise is desprately needed....ahhhhhh, the instructor in the gym told me how to exercise, he said since i have been eating just yong tau foo and twisting and shaping everyday, my body would noe what to do and would be used to loosing/tonning that particular area in the body, he said why dun i try somthing different like adding in more excercise or instead of twisting and shaping wht not climb the steps. Erm... i thought of jogging in the morning on mon, wed and fri, suppose to jog today but could not wake up, i need encouragement people.........i have to start jogging no more sleeping longer, i need to loose more weight man.
