i am not satisfied with my weight as it is not moving at all, i guess my body is used to my diet and excerise, over these pass two months i did't really stick to soup i had a little somthing every now and then, from monday onwards it is extracly 2 months to my b'day and i need to lose more weight... my instructor whom i work with in the gym (zul) said he would help me lose weight and tone my body, we need to find a day to fit into our schedule, he also said he would teach me self-defence, as he knows about 6 martiaL arts cool huh.... can't wait..
